The LCD (Dual Rail) IDATA KL 1516 AIN è a control unit that allows secure access to 16 computer from a single console with monitor, keyboard and mouse. The è device consists of LCD monitors, keyboard and integrated touchpads, all in a sliding case for mounting in 1 U rack.



The LCD module and the keyboard/touchpad have independent scrolling. To make the most of the data center space, the keyboard/touchpad module can be hidden with a simple scroll when not è used. The thin LCD monitor can be flipped over for convenient monitoring of computer activityà.



The K 1516 Ai è equipped with connectivityà IP so that local and remote operators can monitor and access the computers of the installation. Since the device uses the TCP/IP communication protocol, è can access them anywhere via LAN, WAN or Internet, regardless of where the computer from which you connect is located.

The RJ- 45 , compact and high-density à and Cat 5 and/ 6 cables allow a compact and efficient wiring configuration, while the use of KVM adapter cables to connect to computers, allows any combination of PC, Mac, Sun computers and serial devices to coexist in the same installation.



For further convenience à, ports for connecting external monitors, keyboards and mouse are on the back panel, so as to manage the switch from a local console. On the è keyboard module there is also a USB port for the external mouse, to use an over-the-top mouse; the touchpad.



Advanced features include Panel Array Mode that displays the video output of 16 computers simultaneously and a message board to allow connected users to communicate easily and immediately to each other, regardless of their location. The KL 1516 Ai è is the ideal solution for managing the server room.
