The KVM LCD Slideaway ™ CL 5708 I è a control unit that allows you to access multiple computers from a single PS/ 2 or USB console (keyboard, video and mouse). A single CL 5708 I can ` control up to 8 computers. They can be connected to Daisy-chain to CL 5708 I up to 15 additional KVM switches so you can control up to 128 computer from a single KVM console.



The KVM LCD CL 5708 I è switch is an IP-based KVM control unit that allows both local and remote operators to monitor and access multiple computers. Remote users can access switches via the Internet via the web browser using TCP/IP as a remote communication protocol. The CL 5708 I supports up to 32 simultaneous user accesses for single-bus computer access. The integrated function that re-assembles the Internet chat program, Message Wall, allows for mutual communication. The ability to exchange information in real time allows you to collaborate in the management of the installation in a fluid and efficient way.



CL 5708 I offers an optimized approach and saves space for the KVM switch technology by integrating a keyboard, an LED backlight LCD monitor from 17 or 19 and a touchpad in a sliding case for mounting on 1 U racks. In addition, since it is CL 5708 I è integrated in a modular design, the KVM section can be removed from the switch section to perform maintenance and repair in a convenient way.



Among other great functions of CL 5708 I, the Modalità Panel Array offers the possibility to monitor the video output of servers during installation; while the Mouse DynaSync™ automatically synchronizes the movements of the local and remote mouse pointer for perfect alignment without considering the mouse acceleration settings on the server.



CL 5708 I supports the most high security protocols, e.g. TLS 1.2 encryption for the browser, and RC 4 encryption for secure transmission of keyboard, mouse and video data. To make user management integration more simple and efficient, CL 5708 I also supports authentication and permission through authorized third-party servers such as RADIUS, LDAP, LDAPS and MS Active Directory.
