This device offers a simple and cost-effective way to add functionality à HDMI to your home theater system allowing you to easily switch between eight HDMI audio/video sources (e.g. an HD camera, a satellite receiver, an HD-DVD or Blu-ray player, a home theater PC, a media player streaming standalone or a video game console etc.) connected to the HDMI screen.

The remote control and convenient buttons on the front panel allow you to switch quickly and easily from one HDMI source to the other, while the LEDs immediately indicate the source device. In addition, for a complete integration, the RS- 232 è standard control via the RS- 232 bidirectional serial port of the VS 0801 H, which allows you to control the switch from an advanced controller, a PC and/or a home automation/home theater software package.
