ATEN è well known to offer innovative technologies for connectivity à and access management solutions. For this reason we have introduced the new KVM over IP 4 K HDMI Extensor from ATEN KE 8952 that brings together a unique mix of functionality à and new technologies to offer a definitive solution to extend computers to consoles inside or outside the IT infrastructure.
Using the experience of the KVM over IP solutions, KE 8952 are HDMI-based KVM extenders that allow access to a computer system from a remote USB console from anywhere via Intranet. KVM over IP KE 8952 extenders support an HDMI monitor at each end of the system to offer a quality image with very high resolution 4 K x 2 K (up to 3840 x 2160 ). KE 8952 also supports the expansions of the 1 Gbps SFP fiber module that allows the connection via fibre optic network to extend the transmission distances. In addition, the KE 8952 has the Power over Ethernet (PoE) function, è possible to provide power via a PoE network switch; eliminating the need for a power adapter and efficiently reducing the costs for power configuration.
The 4 K HDMI KVM over IP è extender consists of a unit à transmitter that allows connection to a computer and a unità receiver that offers access to the console from a different position. You can access the computer from the remote console via a standard TCP/IP network using a Cat 5 and/ 6 cable that allows you to run the point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, multipoint-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-multipoint administration. KE 8952 can be connected either directly to each other or via a high-speed network à, through a LAN based on copper cables or fiber cables.
Thanks to the implementation of the KE Matrix Management Software (CCKM) with KE 8952 , IT administrators can use advanced features such as automatic detection of all KE* series extenders on the same subnet to make more ù faster installation or configuration, authentication and permission with username/password, and the abilityà to define different types of connections that can be exchanged and shared. Security features also offer additional protection and support AES encryption for secure data transmissions, while RADIUS, LDAP, AD or remote user authentication offer an additional level of security in connection; also, with OSD, RS- 232 and Auto MDIX support, the KE series represents the most economical and convenient way to get a complete digital extension from anywhere. On the Intranet.
You can get more flexible and efficient operations in the KVM over IP matrix system that integrates the KE series extenders with a CCKM management software, such as configuration of more ù screens, video grouping, video profile planning and improvements that offer better access to control tools quickly and easily to configure KE devices over the network. Both during configuration, monitoring, administration, control or extension of computer access, the KVM over IP matrix system adapts to different work environments and workstation settings to offer solutions in the transmission sectors, control centres, multimedia, construction and many other sectors where è need to extend the matrix.
* KE series extenders include KE 6900, KE 6900 ST, KE 6940, KE 8950 and KE 8952.
