For data center security, ATEN provides door probes with inductive proximity sensors that operate in tandem with PDUs and allow monitoring of access to the rack-mounted case door, alerting the user when a door is opened. It is possible to monitor various conditions with alarms based on custom min/max thresholds.
* The sensor is an optional accessory; it is possible to use the ATEN PDU without port sensors. However, for complete data center security management and full utilization of ATEN solutions, sensor installation becomes necessary.
**Supports only the PE7/PE8/PE9 series
