ATEN VC 881 è a high quality HDMI/DVI to HDMI converter with audio disassembling function. It receives a DVI signal and converts it to HDMI signal or receives an HDMI signal and extracts it into an HDMI audio signal. Advanced video support offers a well-defined connection with video resolutions up to 4 K and è compliant with HDCP 1.4.



The VC 881 offers flexible support for converting the signal interface (from DVI to HDMI) and HDMI audio disassemblator. For the HDMI audio disassemblator function, the VC 881 divides the audio from the HDMI video and converts it to S/PDIF, coaxial, or RCA stereo audio to support an audio system separated from the display. Ciò allows the HDMI video to continue the viewing while providing audio to an audio system next to the HDMI source. In addition, the VC 881 supports ARC to make it more ù simple setting by eliminating the needà of a separate S/PDIF audio connection.



The compact housing design and the audio disassembler functionality makes the VC 881 ideal for bars, public transport stations, and home theatres.
