KVM switches with ATEN LCD monitors save space thanks to their approach to KVM switching technology, integrating an LCD screen, full keyboard and touchpad into a single 1 U housing.

The CL1316 features a built-in 19” LCD monitor with LED backlight and allows controlling up to 16 computers with a single keyboard, monitor and mouse (i.e., from a single console). It is possible to daisy-chain up to 16 additional switches, bringing the total number of computers controllable from a single keyboard-monitor-mouse console to 256.

Easy and quick installation: è Simply connect the cables to the relevant ports. The switch supports both USB and PS/ 2 connections for computers. The CL 1316 directly intercepts the keyboard input, thus avoiding having to configure any software. Switching from one computer to another is done simply by pressing the buttons on the front panel corresponding to the LEDs of the ports, by combining keyboard shortcut keys or via the multilingual OSD menu.
